Use of the service
You may use Nexus only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nexus to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are prorated where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination you will lose access to the service and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request export first.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
